What improvements have you noticed in yourself since you started vision therapy?
“My eyes feel more stable and able to maintain focus on objects better. My right eye has gotten much stronger and doesn’t feel as strained when I need to use it without my left eye. My headaches, both in general and when on the computer, have gone away or lessened. Thanks to the prism so has my nausea while working on the computer. I’m also less nauseous-unbalanced in environments with a lot of movement or visual stimuli.”
Would you recommend vision therapy and why?
“Absolutely! They help you understand how the eyes work together which makes you more conscious of how you use your eyes. The exercises help strengthen and train your eyes. They also helped me feel the symptoms of my concussion much less.”
